THREAD LIFTS

Chemical Peels

Chemical peeling, or chemical exfoliation, involves applying a chemical substance to the skin, intentionally causing controlled epidermal damage with or without affecting the dermis. This controlled damage prompts skin regeneration and remodeling, thereby improving overall skin appearance and texture.

Skin resurfacing with a chemical peel can restore a youthful appearance of the aging face, neck, and hands while addressing medical conditions such as acne and actinic keratosis.

Chemical peels are of various types – each with a unique pH level, application method, time.

Chemical peels are typically categorized based on their depth of skin penetration, which can range from light to medium to deep.
Several factors, including pH and concentration, application technique, and the patient’s skin condition and sensitivity, influence the extent of the therapeutic effects.

USES OF CHEMICAL PEEL

THREE types of chemical peels

Superficial or
lunchtime peel

Alpha-hydroxy acid or another mild acid is used to penetrate only the outer layer of skin to gently exfoliate it. The treatment is used to improve the appearance of mild skin discoloration and rough skin as well as to refresh the face, neck, chest or hands.

Medium peel

Glycolic or trichloroacetic acid is applied to penetrate the out and middle layers of skin to remove damaged skin cells. The treatment is used to improve age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, freckles and moderate skin discoloration. It also can be used to smooth rough skin and treat some precancerous skin growths, i.e. actinic keratosis

Deep Peel

Trichloroacetic acid or phenol is applied to deeply penetrate the middle layer of skin to remove damaged skin cells. The treatment removes moderate lines, age spots, freckles and shallow scars. Patients will see a dramatic improvement in skin appearance. The procedure is used on the face and only can be performed once

What can I expect after having a chemical peel?

Medical Micropigmentation

Micropigmentation, also known as permanent cosmetics, is the process of inserting colored pigments just beneath the skin’s surface. The process is similar to tattooing, we do it for Eyebrows and Lips

FAQs

When is it appropriate and is it painful?

Micropigmentation is appropriate for the following conditions:

  • Scars
  • Vitiligo
  • Topical anesthetics are applied to keep the patient comfortable during the procedure. In some cases, injectable anesthesia is used.

Before the procedure, we will review your medical history and perform a physical examination. This is the time for the doctor and patient to discuss expectations, potential risks, and outcomes of the procedure.

In addition, the patient should:

  • Be in healthy condition.
  • Have realistic expectations.
  • Report any history of allergic reaction to anesthesia.
  • Tell the doctor about any prescription and over-the-counter medication, as well as supplements that they are currently taking.
  • Avoid shaving the treatment area prior to surgery.
  • Not take blood-thinning drugs for at least two weeks prior to surgery.
  • Avoid smoking for at least two months prior to surgery.
  • Swelling in the treated area, which can be treated with ice packs and ointments.
  • Pigments will look darker for the first week until the skin heals.
  • Improved appearance in treated area within a few days.
  • Full healing of treated area in two to four weeks.
  • Follow up treatment may be necessary in some cases.

Fillers and Botox

Dermal Fillers contain some form of hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally occurs throughout the body and skin, with the highest concentrations in the fluids of the eyes and joints. Fillers can be used to temporarily plump lips, raise depressed scars and level wrinkled skin.

FAQs

Botox

Botulinum toxin injection is commonly performed to chemically denervate certain muscles of facial expression for the purposes of facial rejuvenation and anti-aging. Facial rhytids, or “wrinkles,” result from repeated contracture of the muscle underlying the facial skin, which over time causes atrophy of the overlying dermis and pleating of the skin. Selective chemodenervation of facial muscles allows for targeted treatment of dynamic rhytids, particularly in the upper face, and also allows for manipulation of eyebrow position and correction of asymmetries.

Botox is a protein made from Botulinum toxin that temporarily paralyzes muscle. In small doses, it can reduce skin wrinkles and help treat a range of medical conditions, including eyelid spasms and some types of migraine.

PRF

In Beaut32, we combine the PRF Injections with microneedling. This procedure in common parlance is called as vampire facial and it is one of the best treatment for rejuvenartion of the skin. This can be used in multiple places like in the face , under the eyes, in the scalp for hair growth. This can be taken before a week before the party or a wedding and it can bring wonders to your face.

Thread Lifts

Thread lift procedure is a minimally invasive alternative to facelift surgery. Thread lifts claim to tighten your skin by inserting medical-grade thread material into your face and then “pulling” your skin up by tightening the thread.

This procedure can be performed in about 45 minutes, and, if you want to, you can go right back to work afterward.

There are multiple areas of the face which can be tightened with a thread like the jaw, the chin , the cheeks , the neck etc

An aesthetic treatment is always built according to your customised needs. This thread lift works wonderfully as it is one of the procedures which actually cause the body to form collagen on its own thus, increasing the tightening effect. The effects are seen in 3-6 months depending on the type of thread used, the number of threads and the location of the thread and the type of skin it is used on.
